Pasta Class

Cooking with your kids can be so much fun- but sometimes it's more fun to do outside your own kitchen (and where someone else cleans it up!)
Bring your kid (ticket is for one parent /grandparent and one child) and let's make pasta!
We will make sourdough pasta from scratch and a simple tomato sauce to top it.

"Spicy" Date Night

We're so excited to be teaming up with International Spice District  to bring you spices fresh from around the world and show you how to feature them in your cooking~

Class includes hands-on cooking, spice sampling and smelling, and dinner.

Singles Night

Fermentation Immersion!

For the first time- we are bringing all of our most popular fermentation workshops into one Masterclass!
Come prepared to eat and learn.
You will taste and bring home starters for anything you need a starter to create.

Pasta is fun- but gnocchi is next level! These little pillows of potato pasta goodness are sure to impress your next dinner guest, or just your own palate!
We will make gnocchi and eat them in a simple, classic browned butter sauce.

Sauerkraut & Kimchi

If you've only ever had it out of a can, you've never had sauerkraut!
This tangy treat is fantastic for you and really easy and fun to make!
Kimchi is the kicked up version that's equally delicious and fun.
Learn how and why to make various cabbage ferments including sauerkraut, kimchi and variations to suit you taste a variety to see what you would make!
